We have this down to a science! Take 1 tbsp of tea and add to your kettle. Gently pour a little boiling water to just cover the leaves, rinse and immediately strain away. This will remove any sharpness and allow you to achieve a deeper, more rounded flavour. Then pour in the rest of the water over the leaves about 750 ml, steep for 3-5 minutes on the clock. To make a single cup of tea, use 1 tsp of tea and 200 ml of water, following the same method as above. Strain, serve and enjoy!

Darjeeling teas have a more delicate, refined flavour profile and are best to help you unwind and relax in the afternoons.
